Hi my name is Chad Priest. Welcome to Black Hills Personal Training! My mission is to improve the life of my clients by creating individualized workout plans and educating them on sustainable long term lifestyle changes.  Whether you're looking to lose weight, increase strength and athletic performance, or improve overall fitness for health and longevity, I've got you covered.  I have 15+ years of experience in personal training and health education. Personal Training or Small Group Training

From beginners to experienced athletes personal training can benefit just about anybody. Your exercise program will be personalized to address your specific needs and help you achieve optimal results. Personal training is available for both one on one or in a small group setting. If necessary, I will help pair you with a partner of a similar fitness level for small group personal training.

In Home Personal Training

In home personal training brings the gym to your doorstep, allowing you to achieve your fitness goals from the comfort and convenience of your own home. With in home personal training, you can save time and eliminate the hassle of commuting to the gym, while still receiving professional and personalized training.

Health and Wellness Education

Health and wellness education is a vital piece of the puzzle when it comes to long term healthy lifestyle change. Black Hills Personal Training aims to deliver engaging educational material and seminars on topics such as nutrition, fitness, stress management, and self-care.
